Cheeseball

This is one of the favorite parts of our New Year’s Eve “Appetizer Extravaganza” tradition.

Ingredients:

• 2 (8 oz) Packages of cream cheese; softened
• 2 lbs of Grated cheddar cheese
• 2 TBS Horseradish (creamed)
• 4 tsp Liquid Smoke
• 1 canister of sharp cheddar cheese
• (spray on cracker cheese)
• 1 tsp onion powder
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• ½ tsp ground celery
• 1 tsp ground mustard
• 2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
• 3 Cans Chopped olives; drained

   Directions:

• Stir all ingredients, kneading with your hands, until well blended.
• Shape into two balls.
• Wrap in Saran wrap.
• Refrigerate for 3-4 hours.

Serve With: Veggies and or crackers of any kind, even great heated!
